We had the diced steak with chips, which in those days ( circa 1994- 1996) was about 45 rupees or so. Somehow I found the particular gravy served on this dish unique and addictive, especially the way it counter pointed the tough but juicy chunks of diced meat. The fish sizzlers are superb too, and their iced tea is among the best in the city. The sizzling brownies a la mode, while in no way unique or unusual, are good.
Salonee Ho Hum This place is almost an institution for sizzlers being one of the oldest places.
Food: Ordered the veg sizzler sans potato chips. Its was decent but nothing great. Personally would prefer Yokos. Damages: Rs 350 - 400 for a veg sizzler and given everyone usually eats one per head as well. Visit if your in town and have a yen for sizzlers.
