Mumbai: In a first, the Academy of Pastry Arts has launched it’s centre in Mumbai. The launch event saw the likes of Chef Manjit Gill and Chef Christophe Morel, the master chocolatier.
Chef Nikhilesh, the Managing Director of the Academy, was elated to having launched the Mumbai centre and had a team of 30 pastry chefs under him.
Speaking about the Indian confectionary, Chef Manjit Gill said, “indian confectionery can also compete at international level. India is going to be a huge contributor to confectionary market. He added Chef Nikhilesh said, “He wants to teach aspiring chefs at school level and looks forward to creating good pastry makers.”
