Mumbai: 4 dead after chopper with 7 on board, including 5 ONGC employees, went missing


According to latest reports, at least four were killed after a Pawns Hans chopper carrying five ONGC employees in it had gone missing after takeoff from Juhu airport, on Saturday.


Earlier reports stated that the chopper (VT PWA), carrying two pilots and 5 passengers hadn’t landed at the destination which was oil rig. Chopper last contacted the oil rig air traffic control at around 10.30am.

The ONGC had alerted the Indian Coast Guard in this regard.
