Mumbai today hosted the third edition of International Yoga Day. After India highlighted the importance of yoga -which began in India 5,000 years ago – to the United Nations.
Three years ago, ‘June 21’ was declared as the International Yoga Day, bringing together 176 countries to sign a resolution. In an attempt to make the yoga day a success various organisations and yoga studios today hosted camps and practice sessions.
Even Bombay stock exchange today hosted the third edition of International Yoga Day and gave a goal to people to be fit. Number of people and even children were seen performing yoga at BSE.
People were excited and seen in full energy while performing the asanas. Yoga can be performed by all age group of people and our Prime Minister Narendra Modi promulgates and encourages the benefits of yoga.
