Ujjain: Maneka Gandhi applauds death penalty law for juvenile rapists

Ujjain: Foundation day programme of National Women’s Commission was organised in Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi. In the 28-membered team, led by Madhya Pradesh State Women’s Commission chairperson Lata Wankhede, local social worker Pramila Yadav represented the district. Wankhede said that for the first time in the country, the law of death penalty was introduced in MP for juvenile rapist. This law was applauded by Union minister Maneka Gandhi and other representatives present in the programme. 2members including Ganga Uike, Surya Chauhan, Anju Singh Baghel, Pramila Vajpayee and Sandhya Rai participated in the programme.
