SICA School leaders vow to discharge their duties with diligence


Indore : South Indian Cultural Association (SICA) conducted investiture ceremony on the theme ‘cleanliness enhances health and happiness’ at Senior Secondary School Scheme No 2 on Saturday. Programme commenced in a traditional style with lamp lighting ceremony and recitation of Saraswati Vandana.

Chief guest SBS Iyer was felicitated by school principal Dr Madhukar Pawar and introduced by vice-principal Lalit Kumar Gulwane. Oath ceremony of 59 council members was administered by the chief guest who gave an inspirational message of becoming good human beings and upholding Indian values. Treasurer trustee SN Anant,  trust secretary SM Iyer, SMC convenors of SICA 54 and 78, SMC members, principals of SICA 78 and Nipania, HM’s, PTA president and vice–president graced the ceremony with their presence. School’s head boy Aditya Trivedi and head girl Shivangi Malviya addressed the council with a message. Programme was conducted by Rajani Upreti and co – convener Pragati Joshi proposed a vote of thanks.
