Indore: Two houses burgled in Rajendra Nagar


Indore: Thieves targeted a locked house in Rajendra Nagar area and decamped with car, cash and other valuables from there. Police have registered a case and a search is on for the accused. According to the police, the incident took place in the house of Bhuvnesh Gupta of Nalanda Parisar. He informed the police that he along with family had gone out of the city for some work between May 13 and 18. During this time, thieves entered his house through the terrace door and decamped with cash, silver coins and his Honda Amaze. The police are examined the CCTV installed around the spot to trace the accused. In another incident, thieves struck house of Himangi Manjarekar in Sukhdev Nagar Extension. She had gone out for some work when the thieves entered her house after breaking the locks and took away gold ornaments of 30 grams and other valuables from there.

Car and bike stolen

A Bolero jeep and a bike were stolen from outside a house in Morod Fata area on Thursday night. Shailendra Sharma filed a complaint in this regard at Tejaji Nagar police. Sharma said that he had parked his jeep and bike outside his house which were stolen by some unidentified persons.

Coaching class teacher booked

Bhanwarkuan police booked a coaching class teacher for allegedly thrashing a student over fee matter on Thursday. The police said that one Mukesh Barfa of Vishnupuri Colony lodged a complaint that he hails from Manawar and is studying here. He went to his coaching classes on Thursday when teacher Shukla asked him to pay coaching fee. Victim wanted more time to pay fee when Shukla abused him and thrashed with a stick. Mukesh alleged that other faculty members were also involved with Shukla.
