Indore : While distributing over 50,000 notebooks to needy students, union minister Narendra Singh Tomar expressed the need to make Indore as country’s topmost education destination.
Tomar stated this at function organised by Hind Rakshak Sangathan here on Saturday. Indore is already country’s cleanest city .
He recalled contribution of former state education minister late Laxman Singh Gaud in improving educational standard of MP’s institutions. “We also remember him for charity work done under ‘Punoyoda’, a charitable organisation. Mayor Malini Gaud welcomed Tomar. BJP MLAs Mahendra Hardia, Sudarshan Gupta, Usha Thakur and Manoj Patel were present at the function. More than four lakh note books were distributed by organisation this year.
