Washington : Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has revealed what he looks for in the candidates while determining whether the person would be a good fit, saying that he hires someone to work for him only if he thinks that he would want to work for that person. According to ABC News, Zuckerberg was in Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress where he spoke to a group in Barcelona who participated in the monthly town hall meeting. Zuckerberg said, while answering a woman’s question about how it was to work with Sandberg, that he considered him a mentor and a person who has been instrumental in building Facebook into a business.
