“After David Headley’s statements, one thing is clear that there is an ISI’s and Pakistan’s hand in the Mumbai attack. I feel Pakistan has been completely exposed and it should immediately act on the culprits of 26/11,” Singh told the media here.
Headley, who deposed before a Mumbai court via video conferencing from an undisclosed location in the US, has disclosed the relationship between the Pakistan’s Inter-State Intelligence (ISI) service and LeT.
He further claimed that the LeT leader Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi emphasised that surveillance for26/11 attacks should be done properly as this was a chance “to take revenge for all bomb blasts India had done in the past” in Pakistan.
Headley had also admitted that he had met both Lashkar-e-Taiba(LeT) commander Hafiz Saeed and then operational commander Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi.
