“There is no doubt that Bihar assembly elections are going to be a significant and a challenging one. The tenure of present [Bihar] Assembly will get over on November 29 and we will have to complete election process before that,” Zaidi.

“There are many factors. We will have to take into account monsoon, festivals, holidays and also political parties will be also be consulted before arriving at exact schedule. Following the publication of the final voter list and prior to the date set for November, the elections might take place,” he added.

The 2015 assembly polls in Bihar slated late this year is quite heated up with six parties having merged under the Janata Parivar banner contesting against the BJP and the Congress.
