We all have jumped off our sofas and tables trying to emulate Spiderman; have rejoiced, to our mother’s dismay, after been bitten by a spider and even waited for our ‘powers’ to develop. Spiderman has been everybody’s childhood hero and Tiger Shroff is no exception.
And though he’s dubbed the voice of teenage ‘Spiderman’ in the Hindi version of Spiderman: The Homecoming, the actor wants to work in the actual movie as a superhero. “I can do whatever Spiderman can and would not require a lot cables,” he says.
With ‘Flying Jatt’ and now ‘Spiderman’, Tiger wants to continue his superhero streak and has even pitched to King Khan for his Mahabharata project. “I hope Shah Rukh sir is listening. I would love to play Hanuman or lord Ram in his Mahabharata venture,” added
So, while he is the voice for Spiderman who according to him should be Mary Jane and Tony Stark? “I think Akshay Kumar will be a perfect Tony Stark and Mary Jane is Madhuri Dixit,” blushes Tiger.
As Spiderman is Tiger’s hero, he did go the extra mile even during the dubbing. “There are two characters – one Peter Parker and the other – Spiderman. I was wearing his mask and jumping all over the studio during dubbing for Spiderman. Although overall it was a moving and a surreal experience while dubbing,” the Munna Michael star says.
