Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most known Indian faces in overseas market. However, it is strange that unlike other Bollywood celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Irrfan Khan, ‘Baadshah’ never received any work offer from Hollywood. In a recent interview with Economic Times, SRK revealed that he wants Hindi films to do well globally and achieve international standard. SRK even joked, “I have never been offered an opportunity. I don’t even know if I am good enough to do it — I think my English is a little weak.”

“Not taking away from the greatness of anything that others have achieved, I’d like Tom Cruise to say one day that ‘I’ve been given a chance in a Hindi film’. Man, that will be wonderful. Christopher Nolan would say that there is a producer in India who wants him to make a film,” he added further.

On the work front, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Anand L Rai’s ‘Zero’ co-starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The film will hit the screen in December 2018.
