For someone who started training in dance from a very young age, it is not a surprise that Sayyeshaa Saigal is of the belief that no one is too young for anything. Be it learning a form of art or knowing right from wrong.
“I am 19, and today I already have years of experience in various dance forms. A lot of people do a course in something or the other and claim to be exponents in the field, I have studied these dance forms so I know the difference between I do and know, and others.
However, I am of the belief that I have been able to accomplish it at my age simply because my parents went all out for me when I was much younger,” she smiles infectiously.
However, dance is not the only thing Sayyeshaa wants the kids to inculcate early, “I see a lot of kids with glasses, bad teeth… some with obesity and the parents are just waiting for them to grow and then take the reigns over, it doesn’t make sense to me. If you don’t give a child a chocolate, he will never want one.
If you don’t expose kids to stuff that can harm them if done in excess, they will always be healthy,” we cannot fault this reasoning, can you?
