Since the town has incessant power cuts, Richa has now stepped in help to set up a solar project for the school so that the school never stops operation due to the lack of power which causes hindrance for regular day to day functioning of the school. Richa is working on the project alongside and the project will be ready and running by early next year. When asked Richa about it she said, “Solar energy is an under-utilised clean source of energy in our country. I am glad I’m able to do something, even at this small level in order to ensure that the kids at this school can have electricity and understand the power of green energy.”
