The actor will be seen in the upcoming zombie horror-thriller, ‘Night of the Living Dead: Origins 3D’
R Madhavan known for his performance in a number of Bollywood movies like ‘Tanu Weds Manu’, ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘Ramji Londonwaley’ has already made a mark in the hearts of the Indian audiences and now plans to get an international footing with a Hollywood film. The actor will soon enough be seen in ‘Night of the Living Dead’ that had a number of prequels. The movie will star veteran actors like Tony Toads, Tom Sizemore, Bill Moseley, Joseph Pilato and Danielle Harris.
Madhavan is quite delighted with the offer and feels, “I am working with Simon West and his team and it is a great thing working with American cinema. They have made some of the most exciting and thrilling films. So, it’s an honour to work with him.” The film’s story is about a mysterious plague that has swept across New York City, people have to die, and some people are fighting to survive as a group.
Simon West’s, the producer of the flick says, “This film corresponds to the classic zombie genre and this is going to be different from all other horror films seen so far. This film will be a fresh and exciting.”
2020 Entertainment co-producer Paresh Gelani says, “R Madhavan is a skilled actor and a good talent. 2020 Entertainment is honoured to get such an incredible opportunity to work with one of the world’s best filmmaker Simon West.”
Guess, the southern star having sealed his position in the South and then the rest of Indian hinterland is all set to conquer the west as well.
