“Thank you for all of your warm thoughts and well wishes. I will be ok, and am looking forward to getting back to work as soon as I can,” she responded. For PC, being laid up briefly after she suffered a concussion on the sets of her TV show ‘Quantico’ must not be very pleasurable at all. The enforced rest is not something this self-confessed workaholic savours.

In the past she has revealed, “Even if I’m feeling totally unwell and can’t walk or am exhausted, I’ll have to make a press appearance if I am scheduled to make one. If I cancel it, I’ll be called unprofessional or somebody with starry tantrums.”
