Film: Beiimaan Love
Cast: Sunny Leone, Rajneish Duggal, Daniel Weber, Ziesha Nandy and Rajiv Verma
Director: Rajeev Chaudhari
This film powering on Sunny Leone overkill is a long drawn and torturous romance that neither has its heart or head in the right place. Breaking into song and dance right from the word go, Sunny Leone brandishes her amply documented assets in order to get you under her spell. And it’s not much of a pretty sight – even when she breaks into a dance with her servant who appears to be completely shocked that such a thing was happening at all. Filmmakers do tend to try out the most incredulous things which they hope will enchant the audience. In this case nowhere are we close to an enchantment in the torturous 2 hours we’ve made to sit through.

Sunaina (Sunny Leone) is a treacherous first generation entrepreneur who has worked her way up the ladder. Her chief competitor Raj Malhotra (Rajniesh Duggal) has lost another contract to her because she is explained away as a shrewder strategist. The two have a turbulent past and we are treated to a song every few minutes detailing their moves together. And frankly you are bored out of your wits and squirming in your seats right through the entire experience. I wonder whether Rajeev Chaudari had any idea what he was getting himself into.
