Marathi actor Praful Bhalerao dies in a train accident; Barayan co-star Anurag Worlikar mourns his death


Mumbai: Marathi actor Praful Bhalerao found dead on Monday morning near Malad Railway Station. The 21-year-old actor’s dead body was found on the railway tracks near Malad station. Praful had recently worked in Marathi film ‘Barayan’ which is currently doing very well at the box office.

After listening to the news of his sudden demise, his co-star and lead actor of Barayan, Anurag Worlikar expressed his sadness to us. He told, “I just got to know that he is no more. I only know that he died in a train accident. He was a very genuine person. He used to help everyone in everything. It was unexpected and shocking to for me that he is no more with us now.”

Apart from Barayan, Praful had also worked as a child artist in the popular Marathi daily soap ‘Kunku’. His role of protagonist’s brother Ganya was hugely popular among the Marathi audience. Apart from that, as an adult, he had worked in serials like Nakushi, Tu Maza Sangati and so on.
