Ae Dil Hai Mushkil controversy has tensed Ranbir Kapoor


The media shy Ranbir Kapoor isn’t someone to speak his heart out at any given opportunity for the media. So while everyone still awaits his reaction to the ban on his upcoming film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, he isn’t ready to speak on camera regarding the same. While it clearly has upset director Kara Johar who has put in his blood and sweat for this film, Ranbir isn’t an exception.

His close friend, Ayan Mukherjee disclosed to the media that Ranbir is apparently very tensed about the release of his film. Maharashtra political party, MNS had earlier warned that they will not let the movie starring Pakistani artists release here and had even issued warnings against theatres and multiplex chain owners who decide to go ahead with it.

Ranbir couldn’t attend the inauguration ceremony of Jio Mami film festival yesterday held in the city as he’s currently busy with the movie’s promotions but his good friend and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji was present for it. The media being curious as ever wanted to know Ayan’s reaction for the controversies surrounding his good friend and whether they affect the actor in any way. To this the Wake Up Sid director replied, “Ranbir is tensed, everyone is worried about how things are unfolding. He is hoping for the best.”
