Abhishek Bachchan is busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie Manmarziyaan which, and in an interaction with media the actor revealed that all was not good between him and director  Anurag Kashyap. Abhishek and Anurag worked together for the film Yuva, and the actor felt that  Anurag didn’t like his work in the film,

“That’s history now. I first worked with Anurag in Mani Ratnam’s Yuva; he had written it. I don’t think he liked my work in the film. And it’s only fair because we had spent a lot of time doing readings for the film. So somewhere, maybe he felt a little disappointed when he watched the movie. But we never spoke about it. Now, we’ve put all that behind us,” Abhishek said.

However, Abhishek said that Manmarziyaan ticked all the boxes for him and he knew Anurag was going to help him do that. Adding that he would never let ego come in the way of his work, and he instantly wanted to be uncomfortable while doing the film. Manmarziyaan releases on September 7 and also stars Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu.
