A source says, “Having shot a major portion of Banjo at Worli Koliwada, Ravi thought of featuring real kolis in the Ganpati dance number Bappa Tu. He wanted the song to look as real as possible. Accordingly, interested kolis residing in Worli area were auditioned for their dancing skills and almost 50 of them got selected for the song. It has come out quite well.”
