    Indore: ‘We Care for You’ cell arrested a youth for harassing a woman by making obscene call on her mobile on Thursday. The victim, a resident of Malharganj area, lodged a complaint with ASP (crime) Amarendra Singh that an unidentified person was making obscene calls.
