    SEHORE: Usha Ramesh Saxena, chairperson of District Co-operative Central Bank (DCCB), at a press conference on Sunday, presented details of performance of the bank in financial year 2016-17. She said that almost 50 per cent of wheat procured by agriculture co-operative committees was yet to be transported. She said that instead of promised 72 hours, wheat was being transported between 7 and 15 days after procurement. The wheat lying in the open
