    INDORE: Regional Transport Department has failed to act against vehicles using hooters (siren) illegally as the department has acted against just one vehicle in last two months. Central Motor Vehicle Rules does not allow use of siren and hooter on any vehicle, except ambulance, fire brigade and police vehicles.
