    In a bizarre incident, a 26-year-old man was brutally beaten up and before dumping the victim in a nearby nullah. The eight accused also engraved ‘420’ on the victim’s forehead. The incident took place on Sunday night, when eight people brutally attacked the victim in Narpol, Bhiwandi. On Tuesday, the victim died at KEM hospital.
