    New Delhi: Police on Tuesday said they had arrested a man on charges of raping a woman from Nagaland over the weekend near a popular hangout in south Delhi. Deputy Commissioner of Police Ishwar Singh identified the accused by his first name, Jhandal. He is 23 years old.
