    SEONI-MALWA: Surya namaskar programme which is being run by state government was celebrated traditionally in Excellence school on 154th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekanand. The school students and citizens did different postures of surya namaskar. Yoga teacher Ghanshyam Singh Raghuvanshi made them to do yoga. On this occasion SDM Dhirendra Singh, BRC Ashok Sahoo, Santosh Parik, Makhanlal Malviya, teacher Surendra Patil were present.

Various activities like lecture on “Building the Youth for the Future”, Training session on cashless transactions, poster-making competition on “Youth for Digital India” and open quiz on Swami Vivekananda was organised.  As many as 150 students participated in various activities.

  • Bhopal: Lalwani wins first prize in BTI essay competition

    BHOPAL: Hardika Lalwani of Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School, Sant Hirdaram Nagar won first prize in an essay writing competition, organised by Book Trust of India. Lalwani wrote the essay on cultural relations between India and Thailand. The daughter of Dilip Lalwani received a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and a memento.

  • Indore: Youth killed in road mishap

    Indore : A youth was killed after a speeding truck hit and crushed him on Nemawar Road on Wednesday late night. He was going to his house with one of his relatives when the accident took place. Police have registered a case against the errant driver and started a search for him.
