    New Delhi : In the second strategic sale approval in over 12 years, the Cabinet on Wednesday cleared the sale of India’s first pharma company Bengal Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd as well as Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd after selling their surplus land.
