    BHOPAL : In a meeting between chief minister and bankers held here on Saturday, the officials of state government suggested that banks should make digital transactions free of charge to attract people to go cashless. These officials said that most of the banks charge fee for digital transactions, which make people prefer using  cash.

  • Constitution Day celebrated in city

    Ujjain : A series of events were organised to mark the Constitution Day in the city on Saturday. The Constitution was adopted on November 26, 1949 and the day is celebrated as Constitution Day. Preamble to the Constitution was read in all offices. Department of Public Relations celebrated the day by reading of the Preamble in the presence of deputy director Pankaj Mittal.
