  • Uber driver is arrested for molesting foreigner

    Mumbai : A taxi driver operating through aggregator Uber has been arrested by the Mumbai police for allegedly harassing and molesting a foreign national who works in a private company in the city. On Wednesday night the victim had gone to 7 Bungalows in Andheri, where she got late. Hence she decided to use the app-based taxi service to return home.

  • Mathura gets India’s largest sewage treatment plant

    The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas through Indian Oil’s Mathura Refinery joined hands to set-up India’s largest sewage treatment plant at Mathura. The Rs 40-crore plant will purify sewage from Mathura and Vrindavan and the treated water will be used by the Refinery for its industrial use.
