    Jaisalmer: Border Security Force has beefed up security along the border areas in Rajasthan under ‘Operation Alert’ ahead of Independence Day, officials said today. The security exercise, which began yesterday, will continue till August 19, DIG, BSF, Ravi Gandhi said. Under the operation, security arrangements have been beefed up along the border areas to check infiltration bid from across the border, he said.
