  • Rape convict found hanging in Ashoknagar Jail

    BHOPAL : A 29-year-old convict allegedly committed suicide in Ashoknagar district jail on Monday at around 2.45 pm. DIG, Prisons Sanjay Pandey informed that Virman Singh was in the prison since 2007, when he was convicted for rape. He had been sentenced to 15 years in jail.
