    New Delhi: In the first 16 years of the 21st century, France has been a victim of 17 terror-related incidents, the latest being on Thursday evening, when, a truck driver equipped with weapons and hand grenades, mowed down at least 80 people in the resort city of Nice during a Bastille Day celebratory fireworks display.
