  • 21-year-old engineering student kills self in Tamil Nadu

    Thiruchirappalli :  A 21-year old student of a private engineering college near here on Saturday allegedly committed suicide in the hostel over his ‘involvement’ in a mobile phone theft, police said. Sivakumar, a final year student, hanged himself in the hostel room of the college at Pulivalam. Police said he had taken the extreme step fearing that his alleged involvement in a mobile phone theft case would get exposed.−PTI
