    Cong-NCP likely to tie-up for Kalyan-Dombivili civic polls

    Mumbai: Congress and NCP are likely to join hands for the upcoming Kalyan-Dombivili municipal corporation (KDMC) polls. Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Ashok Chavan said talks between local leaders of the two parties are on. “NCP state unit chief Sunil Tatkare called me with the proposal for a pre poll alliance.
