    New Delhi: Petrol price was today hiked by Rs 3.18 per litre and diesel by Rs 3.09, the second increase in rates this month on rising international oil rates.     New Delhi: With fresh incentives for individuals announced in the Union Budget today, the overall deduction limit under personal income tax has gone up to Rs 4,44,200 a year. In the Budget for 2015-16, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has proposed raising the tax deduction limit by Rs 10,000 for payment towards health insurance premium.
