  • Preparations complete for Polio drive

    Anooppur : A mega Polio drive will be organised for the kids from the age-group of infant to 5-years in the district. The drive will be held between January 18 to 20. District Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr RP Shrivastav informed that all the Gram Panchayat secretaries, municipal council presidents, corporators, Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers and other voluntary organizations have been asked to take part for the publicity of the drive.

District mining officer SN Singh Patel informed that the recovered amount from sand auction has been deposited in district treasury. The action process completed at the conference hall of district collectorate. During the auction, the seized sand has been sold to highest bidder Shiv Bansal.
