State police tapping phones in Delhi: Mohan Prakash

BHOPAL  : AICC general secretary Mohan Prakash said cell phones and telephones of Akbar Road, and Aurangzeb Road, Delhi were being put under surveillance in Madhya Pradesh. Talking with media persons at PCC, Prakash said, “They were monitoring telephones of prominent persons of Akbar Road and Aurangzeb Road of Delhi. This is very serious issue.” Replying to media persons query about petition filed by Prashant Pandey, whistleblower in Vyapam scam, he said the case is related with security of the country.

Without elaborating, he said now the trend had started of committed judiciary, committed media and committed institute and which is dangerous for the democracy. He said, judiciary in the country had become more ‘nyaypriy’. No one accused of encounter cases is in the jail. Attack has been made on those who convicted Maya Kodnani in Gujarat.

On anticipatory bail given to former Assembly speaker Shriniwas Tiwari by Supreme Court, in assembly recruitment case, the Congress leader said, the court’s observation in the case exposed the chief minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who vowed to be unbiased.
