Bhopal: The C21 mall in Bhopal is all set to turn into the most happening destination. In a first of its kind business model in the country capital malls has taken over C 21 mall, as the current scenario of shopping malls are in doldrums.

Capital Malls, managing director, Mukesh Kumar said on the occasion, “By taking the entire mall on a long term lease, we will be able to not only bring innovation in marketing, but in operations as well.” Talking on the future plans of the company, Kumar added that they are in talks with a few more mall developers on similar lines. He added that such kind of business concepts gives mall developers a guarantee of returns (rentals) and enhances the value of the asset.
